A idillic weekend to dive deeper into the practices of Hatha & Bhakti Yoga, Sound Healing and the freedom of Ecstatic Dance on the stunning natural island of Jersey with Dom, Iulia, Darie & special guests. This immersive retreat is held at a lovingly renovated rustic countryside farm estate, surrounded by stunning nature, with delicious gourmet plant based meals and like-minded souls! Over this weekend you will be guided through Hatha, Yin and Bhakti Yoga by international Yoga Teacher Dom Hatcher (Hridaya) as well as specialist Sound & Ecstatic Dance practitioners all within a beautiful private national trust estate just a stones through from the sea. You will stay in a luxurious accommodation with a choice of twin rooms or doubles in the luxuriously remodelled house on Morel Farm where you can truly ground yourself into this special weekend. There will be time to connect with Dom, Iulia & the other facilitators of this retreat, who together hold over 15 years experience in teaching Yoga and facilitating healing and therapeutic spaces.
