Join us for a beautiful evening of working with Ceremonial Cacao & a Kundalini Yoga Breath & Kriya practice with expert teacher Samantha Bowers before relaxing deeply into a Sacred Sound Journey in the beautiful hall of the Quaker Meeting House, Henley on Thames
We will start the evening by gathering in Ceremony with the medicine of Cacao, setting our intentions & opening our hearts before being lead into an accessable but powerful Kundalini Yoga Kriya Practice with Samantha.
Once the Kriyas are comlete you will be invited to lye down and bathe in the harmonic frequencies of the crystal bowls and gongs as well as native and south american flutes.
