During this 1 Hour Masterclass we will share what we have learnt from our teachers on staying energetically clean and healthy whilst working in ceremonial spaces.

This is a master class for anyone that holds space for others, wether in ceremony, at work or at home, we can all be affected by the energy of the places and the people around us.

Dom has been teaching Yoga for 9 years and holding ceremonial spaces for the past 6 years. Over this time he found himself becoming increasingly drained after teaching,holding ceremony or seeing clients.

As someone who is deeply sensitive and energetically porous, energetic hygiene became a priority and focus of his learning to figure out what was going on for him and how to stay energetically clean whilst doing this work.
