About the event
We are thrilled to offer this unique chance to initiate a connection with the medicine of Ayahuasca (known as Yagé in Colombia) through the guidance of Medicine Man, Taita Carlos Estrada, who practices under the Siona tradition of Amazonian Colombia. Carlos is the taita we work with during our visits to Colombia to sit with yagé, and it is a genuine pleasure to share his work and teachings with the community.
Live from his Maloca on the incredible land of the Sierra Nevada in northeastern Colombia (known by the indigenous peoples of that area to be the heart centre of the world), Taita Carlos will guide us in learning about this most sacred of plant medicines, who it is for and how it is worked with in the tradition he was apprenticed. There will also be time to answer any questions you may have about the medicine.
