Service Description

“Hridaya teaches a unique blend of Hatha & Bhakti yoga with a deep love & enthusiasm for the practice as well as sensitivity and trauma awareness. His classes are well rounded and incorporate Mantra, Pranayama, Asana & Meditation whilst weaving in themes of Yoga Philosophy with an emphasis on the Deities of the Hindu Pantheon." Each class will be tailored to your individual physical, mental, spiritual and emotional needs as Yoga is not a one size fits all practice and each practitioner is unique. Please note these classes can be taken online via Zoom or arranged in your home. *For classes in your home the given cost includes travel up to 20 minutes from Chenies, Buckinghamshire WD3 6EU. If you are located further that 20 minutes there will be an additional charge to cover fuel costs & time.
